Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Guest

  • More than 7 days before check-in: Eligible for full refund (minus payment gateway charges).

  • Between 3–7 days before check-in: 50% refund.

  • Within 72 hours (3 days) of check-in: No refund.

  • No-show or early checkout: No refund.

2. Modification of Booking

  • Date changes are allowed once, subject to room availability.

  • Rate differences (if any) will apply.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

4. Cancellation by the Resort

The Resort may cancel reservations due to:

  • Maintenance or safety issues

  • Natural calamities

  • Government restrictions

  • Overbooking errors

In such cases, guests will receive:

  • Full refund OR

  • Option to reschedule
    (No extra charges.)

5. Non-Refundable Bookings

If a booking was made under a “Non-Refundable” offer or promotional rate, no refunds apply.
