What This Policy Means

• We do not offer parcel delivery or product shipping.

• All our services are consumed on-premise at the Resort.

• Booking confirmations, invoices, and communication are delivered digitally via email or SMS only.

Digital Delivery

Upon successful booking:

• A confirmation email/SMS is sent to the registered contact details.

• Guests are required to present the digital confirmation at check-in.
