1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A reservation is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.

• Guests must provide accurate personal information during booking. Any false information may result in cancellation.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Identification

• Government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

• For international guests, a passport and valid visa are required.

4. Payments

• Payments can be made online through our booking engine or via accepted digital/offline methods.

• All rates are subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations.

5. Resort Policies

• Outside alcohol is permitted subject to legal compliance, but the Resort does not serve alcohol on-site.

• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

• Hookah/sheesha is strictly prohibited.

• Pets are allowed as per our pet policy and may incur additional charges.

• Guests are responsible for their belongings; the Resort is not liable for loss/damage of personal items.

6. Damage to Property

Guests will be charged for any intentional or accidental damage caused to Resort property, furniture, linen, electricals, or fixtures.

7. Safety

• The Resort is located in a natural environment. Guests may encounter insects, birds, or wildlife.

• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the Resort staff.

• The Resort is not liable for injuries resulting from negligence, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow guidance.

8. Force Majeure

The Resort shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or emergencies.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
